Step 1 in my makeup removal process is done with Clinique Take the Day Off makeup remover for lids, lashes, & lips. It is by far the best makeup remover I have ever used, and it is the only thing that will completely take away waterproof mascara. Just dab a little on a cotton ball and gently swipe it over your eyelids and it's gone! It is also safe for contact lens wearers, which can be very important. Just because you are taking off your makeup doesn't necessarily mean that you are ready to take out your contact lenses. There is nothing worse than using a product that requires you to take out your contacts just to use it. I like to take my contacts out and my makeup off when I want to, and that just might not be at the same time! That is why this was a key selling feature for me!

Step 2 in the makeup removal process is done with Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Milk. This makeup remover is so simple and easy to use. Just massage a little over your entire face and then you can either rinse with water, or you can use a tissue to wipe it off. I choose to rinse with water, because after this is complete, I begin my 3-Step process with the products mentioned in last weeks post. I have done the "tissue off" method before for reasons I can't recall, but both ways work just fine. It's quick, gentle, easy, and best of all, it can be used with any skin type.

These are my 2 favorite makeup removal products. I highly recommend them both! Let me know if you have tried these products and what your reactions are to them. Do you have any special makeup removal tips or tricks?
